Are there additional costs associated with using the Coast 2 Coast service?
No. This service is available at no additional cost to our clients.
What are the advantages of using this service?
With our Coast 2 Coast service, our experienced team handles all the details from scheduling a location, securing a reliable, local reporter and/or videographer, to the delivery of transcripts, so you can be confident that a smooth, consistent deposition experience will be delivered each and every time.
Clients also receive access to transcripts and exhibits via our online repository.
Typically, when scheduling with court reporting firms out of state, firms are billed COD, or a credit card is required at the time of order. With Stewart Richardson’s Coast 2 Coast service, these headaches are eliminated for our clients.
Online Document Repository
How do I obtain a user name and password for repository access?
You may submit a request for access to our secure, Online Document Repository online or by contacting our offices at (800) 869-0873.
Is this a secure service?
Absolutely. Our web repository utilizes 128bit encrypted SSL. Your files are safe and secure.
Can I search for files or terms in a specific case?
Yes. Every Stewart Richardson client has access to our repository’s robust search capabilities. Searches can be conducted by witness, single case, or by all cases available. Additionally, all OCR’d exhibits are included in this search feature.
What are the fees associated with using the online repository?
There are no additional fees for clients to use the repository. Once a transcript is ordered and billed, you have immediate, 24/7 access to witnesses, exhibits, errata sheets, invoices and transcripts, in multiple electronic formats.
Court Reporting Services
What type of conference space do you offer for depositions?
Each Stewart Richardson office offers clients comfortable and spacious conference room accommodations, complete with Wi-Fi, photocopy services and seamless, friendly service. Our largest Indianapolis office suite allows for up to 25 participants. Both our Fort Wayne and Evansville offices can accommodate up to 10 participants.
What is your standard turnaround time on transcripts?
Transcripts are typically made available to clients in 10 business days. Expedited delivery is available at an additional cost.
What if I need an interpreter?
Stewart Richardson accommodates client requests across any language they request. We have business relationships with several agencies. Simply let us know your needs and we will execute.
Do you offer process service?
At this time, we do not offer process service. However, we can recommend expert local services for our clients.

Focus Group Facility
What services do you offer?
Stewart Richardson hosts legal focus groups. We do not offer trial or jury consultation. Our services include catering, along with free parking. We have three observable discussion rooms which can be monitored from two observation rooms in our office.
How many participants can Stewart Richardson accommodate for a legal focus group?
Up to 24 focus group participants/surrogate jurors can be accommodated at Stewart Richardson's Indianapolis office.

Can all Stewart Richardson offices host legal focus groups?
No. Currently, only our Indianapolis location is equipped to provide hosting for clients.
When will I receive my video copy of the proceedings?
Typically, DVD or flash drive copies are shipped the next business day, but can also be delivered immediately after your focus group session concludes. Please allow extra time for processing.

What are the advantages to video conferencing?
With Stewart Richardson’s video conferencing services, our clients receive cost-effective solutions for connecting with anyone, anywhere, avoiding the hassles and expense of travel, flight arrangements, hotel accommodations, or car rentals.
Stewart Richardson holds memberships in all the major video conferencing networks and our well-appointed suites can accommodate up to 24 people.

Can I schedule a court reporter, videographer, and video conference with one call?
Yes. You may contact our offices at (800) 869-0873. You may also access our online form to schedule these services.
Do you offer video conferencing in remote areas?
Yes. Clients with video conferencing needs in remote
locations may utilize our mobile service. Video conferencing laptop computers are provided, along with all the necessary technical expertise, to ensure a successful video conference session.
Legal Video Services
Can I schedule a videographer outside of Indiana?
Do you synchronize deposition transcripts with video?
Yes, upon request. In addition to the standalone DepoView DVD program, we offer the necessary formats for all popular trial presentation software.
After a deposition concludes, when will I receive my video?
Video depositions are sent prior to completion of the deposition transcript. However, if a synchronized transcript is requested, the video will be delivered immediately after the transcript is completed.
What video formats are available?
Stewart Richardson clients have access to a wide variety of formats including: DVD, MPEG 1, plus formats for iPad and iPhone.
