With over three decades of experience, Tom is noted as Indiana’s leading expert in court reporting innovation, service and technology. Under his leadership, Stewart Richardson has grown to be Indiana’s premier deposition firm, with a corporate commitment to integrity and exceeding client needs.
Tom served as past-president of the Indiana Shorthand Reporters Association, is a past member of the technology committee of the National Court Reporters Association and currently holds a leadership position with the National Network of Reporting Companies.
Tom is a Registered Diplomate Reporter, whose court reporting experience spans over 34 years and includes serving as the Honorable S. Hugh Dillin’s official court reporter for 11 years in the United States District Court. Tom assumed leadership of Stewart Richardson in 1994 and has expanded its operations to include Evansville, Fort Wayne, and Valpraiso.
Personal Interests:
Tom and his wife Sally have four grown children. His outside activities include leadership in Bible Study Fellowship, the local Walk to Emmaus community and Starfish Initiative. Tom is a loyal Indianapolis Colts and Pacers fan and he enjoys reading and cycling.

As Chief Operating Officer, Rose is responsible for day-to-day operations –ensuring that things are running smoothly and everyone is happy. She oversees accounts payable and works diligently to manage and schedule all reporters’ daily assignments.
After graduating from Taylor University in 2000, Rose quickly became a part of the Stewart Richardson team where she works to exceed clients’ expectations every day.
Personal Interests:
As any parent knows, family life can be a handful especially with young children. “My husband Ryan and I stay busy chasing after our two kids, Phoebe and Maverick. However, in our downtime, we enjoy being outdoors, reading books and watching movies.”

Rob is the newest member of our team. Prior to joining us, Rob worked at Angie’s List, where he was in charge of nurturing multi-faceted business relationships with people from industries ranging from healthcare to small home contracting, landscaping, HVAC, and plumbing. He has since brought that experience to Stewart Richardson where he continues to nurture and grow relationships through the foundation of service excellence.
Personal Interests:
When not working, you’ll often find Rob cheering at local and national sporting events. “I’m an avid sports fan and enjoy attending live sporting events – often times all around the country. I also enjoy gardening, and I’m the proud owner of two boxers.”
Nick Freda

Holding a Master’s Degree in Telecommunications with a focus on video and audio production, Nick is no novice when it comes to providing the best videography to our clients. He has worked on countless professional video and audio projects for such clients as Indiana Public Radio, ESPN, the NFL and many more. He brings extensive technical skills in video and audio production, as well as communication and leadership qualities to our team.
His responsibilities include collaborating with other professional videographers, both locally and across the country, and performing all the post-production work for every project to ensure our clients receive the highest quality end result.
In 2010, Nick was Executive Producer for the Indiana Department of Tourism’s “Visit Indiana” series where he led multiple video crews in the creation of eight commercials across the state. He is Emmy-nominated and the winner of two ADDY awards.
Personal Interests:
In his free time, Nick enjoys working with friends in creative endeavors. He has a passion for travel and filmmaking abroad and looks forward to expanding his filmography by visiting such places as England, Italy, Belgium, France and Cambodia.

It was through teaching high school English that Tawnia realized her passion for working with others to find the best solutions to address their questions. Pam brings a long history of working with others. She began her career working with students and faculty at Taylor University in Ft. Wayne as the campus bookstore Site Manager ,as well as in Student Accounts/Accounts Receivable to help answer questions and offer advice. At Stewart Richardson, she provides customer service, where she focuses on the details our clients have come to expect. Pam also puts together our company newsletter to help share new events and keep our clients informed of all that’s happening here at Stewart Richardson from month to month.

Outside of the office, you’ll find Pam experimenting with culinary endeavors while hosting fabulous get-togethers with friends and family.

Working as an instructor at a local community college helped her develop strong communication and relationship building skills, which influence her role at Stewart Richardson’s Evansville office. Because she enjoys meeting new people and nurturing existing relationships, she is able to continually project a sense of renewed energy and passion to our clients every day.

Not only does Jennifer grow our client relationships, but her passion for growth extends outside the office where she pursues her love of gardening and volunteering at her children’s school. Her love of running and exploring design inspirations enables her to stay active as well.
